How long does glow-in-the-dark yarn actually glow?

Charge for 2-3 minutes under any light source. Bright visible glow for 30-60 minutes, soft glow lasting 4-8 hours. Rechargeable indefinitely — the glow effect never wears out.

Is glow-in-the-dark yarn machine washable?

Yes. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, tumble dry low. The glow performance maintains through 50+ wash cycles.

Is glow-in-the-dark yarn safe for children and baby items?

Absolutely. All our glow products use non-toxic strontium aluminate pigment, certified EN71 for toy safety. Safe for baby blankets, amigurumi, and children's accessories.

What crochet hook or knitting needle size works best?

For worsted weight glow yarn: 3.5-5.0 mm hook (E/4 to H/8 US). For chunky glow chenille: 6.0-8.0 mm. Standard knitting needles in similar sizes. Check individual product descriptions.

Coolest yarn I ever tried! Will buy again!!

I recently got some of the glow in the dark yarn, these things are VERY glowy!!! It even glows in the daytime thats how powerful they are! I left them out in the sun and left to go to work. I texted my brother to brung them back inside and he said they looked "radioactive" lol!!
