All transactions are processed in US dollars. Our orders are shipped from our Guangdong facility, and we strive to dispatch all orders within two to three business days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. Sales taxes are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide discounts for bulk orders made online.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate representation of yarn colors, variations may occur due to differences in dye lots and monitor displays. We strive to maintain accurate information on our website and reserve the right to correct and update information and policies.
