Please note that we do not support delivery to USPS-only PO Boxes. If delivery is restricted, we will refund your order and shipping charges.
To ensure that shipping rates are fair and cost-effective, we choose carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know, but additional surcharges may apply.

Regarding lost shipments:
BulingBuling is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit, for damaged orders please contact the carrier to file a claim!
Please retain packing materials and damaged merchandise until a claim is filed.
