Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10-20 business days to Europe and 15-25 business days to other regions.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@blingblingyarn.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Order Issues

My order is missing

If your order appears to be missing:

• Check your email for tracking information and delivery updates
• Verify the shipping address you provided is correct
• Contact your local post office or carrier to see if they hold the package
• If more than 30 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@blingblingyarn.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Once confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or reship at no additional cost.

I received wrong items

We apologize for any error in your order! Please contact us at support@blingblingyarn.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the items you received
• Photos of the original packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away. Please do not return the wrong items until instructed - we may ask you to keep or donate them in some cases.

How long does glow-in-the-dark yarn glow?

Our high-brightness glow yarn glows for 2-4 hours after being charged under light for 10-15 minutes.

Glow vs Reflective yarn?

Glow yarn absorbs and emits light in the dark. Reflective yarn bounces back light from sources like headlights. Both create stunning effects!

Are your yarns safe?

Yes, all our yarns are made from non-toxic materials safe for all ages.
