Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns of all unused original yarns within 90 days of purchase with original receipts. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of measuring roving, needles, notions, books, or special order items.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blingblingyarn.com or call (+86)1501 5198 966. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost Package Policy

If your package is lost in transit:

• If more than 30 days have passed since the expected delivery date and the package has not arrived, you may file a claim for a refund or reship.
• Please contact us at support@blingblingyarn.com with your order number and tracking information.
• We will work with the carrier to investigate. Once confirmed lost, we will offer either a full refund or reship of your order at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 hours of placing an order: Free cancellation
• After 24 hours: If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel for a small processing fee. If already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
